Bright WTerrace - 2BD 2BTH - Atocha

This apartment is simply wonderful!! Let's start with the fact that it is clean, tidy, spacious, I was with my wife + two teenagers. One child was sleeping in a bedroom and another on a sofa that opens into a bed in the living room. There are enough storage cabinets in the place, there is a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, electric stove, large refrigerator. The apartment is very quiet, on the 8th floor with a sunny balcony and a stunning view of the beautiful neighborhood and Madrid, on the horizon you can see the Bernabéu stadium of the legendary Madrid team. The place is very secure including a guard who is in the lobby most of the time. The place is located a few meters from the metro line 3 which will take you anywhere in the city including links to all the other metro lines, in addition there are bus lines 5 min. from place that will take you within 15 minutes to the Gran Via or the Reina Sofia Museum or the Prado Museum and more. Those who want a train - the station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. (Metro + bus tickets are recommended to purchase a 10 times -trip ticket for 6 euros). Below the apartment there is a branch of a cheap and large supermarket called Mercadona - everything is there including fruits and vegetables -overall, it was really fun, I recommend the wonderful hosts at Minty and this apartment. Thank you very much.

The closet in the master bedroom is too big, I recommend putting a smaller closet.

Bel appartement situé dans un quartier agréable. Près des transports en commun de tout genre (métro, train de banlieue, bus) et de la gare de train Atocha. On peut se rendre facilement à pied (si on accepte de marcher un peu) de plusieurs endroits intéressants C'est tres bien équipé. L'appartement est propre. Climatisation et ou chauffage efficace. Présence de 2 salles de bain ce qui est bien pratique. À noter la présence d'un supermarché, la porte d'à coté et d'un carrefour express à 3 coins de rue.

C'est vraiment rien mais il faut savoir que l'espace entre le lit et le meuble de rangement dans la chambre est mince. Mais comme j'ai dit, ce n'est rien

The room is large with a spectacular view balcony that provides fresh air and bright light. The facilities are clean. The location is very convenient with a large supermarket just next to the apartment and the metro which is just a few steps away.

The apartment did not provide enough cleaning detergent for washing dishes and garbage bags as we stay for five nights. The washroom does not have enough hooks and tables to put your clothes, cleaning items and stuff you need to bring in when showering.
