"Great hotel with amazing views, a perfect location, and friendly staff"

I had a great stay at this hotel. The view is absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff. The location is excellent, with Walking Street just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location. The staff at the reception were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. They always made me smile.

"Cheap price with downsides"

Great location, near to the weekend riverside walk and many key Phnom Penh attractions Great value for money considering the good location Rooms itself were decent enough - beds, towels, aircon, shower, toilet were ok

Room 1307 which I stayed in had a serious cockroach problem Other rooms booked for my group had issues with toilet clogging When we went down to the front desk to get assistance with the clogged toilet at 2am, we were handed some strange device and told to unclog the toilet ourselves by a disgruntled staff member Elevators are incredibly slow as mentioned in other reviews On weekend evenings, the road in front of the hotel is closed off and turned into a walking street, making it impossible to drop off in front of the hotel The building appears to be a shared apartment, some of the rooms belong to X One while others are residential. The hallways smell of cigarette smoke.
