Staff were very accommodating. And the room is cleaned everyday.

The location is good, the comfort is ok. The hotel seems being converted from an apartment thus it's a convinient hotel rather than a relaxing place.

The space is so neat, convenient and more suitable business trip than a relaxing tour.

This is a fantastic hotel situated right in the heart of the city's nightlife district. All rooms feature a river view, and staying on a higher floor—I was on floor 16—makes for a fabulous experience, especially while sitting on the balcony enjoying a drink. The view alone is worth the price. Because of the central location, you can enjoy the lively music from the surrounding area directly from your balcony. It also got a convenient store as part of the hotel reception. So at the middle of the night if you need a bottle of beer, it only few steps away! ​The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-organized. While there is no traditional TV, the room is equipped with a projector that supports YouTube and major streaming platforms like Amazon Prime. You can also easily connect your laptop or phone via HDMI or USB. ​The bathroom is spacious, spotlessly clean, and offers excellent control over hot water temperature. The rain shower is a highlight, especially after a long day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the water-efficient toilet system; it is refreshing to find a hotel that genuinely practices sustainability rather than just displaying signs about it. ​The WiFi is fast and reliable, and the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. Overall, this is an excellent value. Having stayed in a wide range of accommodations globally—from 5-star hotels to budget options—I would rate this hotel as a high-quality 4-star experience, even if it lacks a few of the specific amenities typically required for that official classification.

The projector was a bit fidly to operate and during day time, it was difficut to see the projection. The property name is a bit misguiding, probably a better name will attract more customers!

Insgesamt war ich mit dem X One Hotel in Phnom Penh äußerst zufrieden und komme bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt definitiv wieder. Mein Zimmer in der 17. Etage war modern, sehr sauber und bot einen beeindruckenden Blick über den Fluss – besonders abends ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist kaum zu schlagen: Direkt vor der Tür findet man zahlreiche Restaurants, von einfachen lokalen Spots bis hin zu gehobener Küche. Der Nachtmarkt ist in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Wochenende wird es dort noch lebendiger, wenn sich der Weekend Night Market über mehrere Kilometer entlang des Flusses erstreckt – eine tolle Atmosphäre und absolut sehenswert. Auch viele der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Königspalast, verschiedene Tempel und der Central Market sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist mir außerdem die Freundlichkeit der Menschen in Kambodscha – ich habe mich überall willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
