There was no availability of personal care products like bodywash and shampoo.

It was very dirty nothing like the photos at all I had dirty linen, floors dip in the kitchen, walls are wrecked and filthy, mouldy headboard, a draft in the bedroom, did not state at all what apartment we had to enter. This was not worth the money at all and I am so disappointed in this property

The house wasn't very clean. When we first got there someone had shaved and there was alot of black curly hairs in the toilet. There was some sort of pink liquid all over the sofa and rug which went on to one of our clothes. There was all dark black long hair all over the floor and table in the lounge. The sofas smelt there was no hand soap. There was one broken fan in one bedroom and a broken aircon machine in the other.
