Tata's Room

All was ok, but only the way here with car is quite a problem: very narrow roads. And btw driving here I lost one turn and found myself in Switzerland.

Clean room, with free parking where we had everything we needed! Close to Bar Azzurro where we had the best croisant & cappucino for breakfast.

It was clean and well equipped.

There should be a more clear instruction on how to get to the apartment. Our GPS showed a way definitely not meant for a car and we got lost for quite a long time. The parking near the object is convenient but you have to depend on luck to find a place and if you have heavy things it’s a bit of a walk. There’s pretty much nothing around in terms of restaurants or shops so the location is not perfect

The room was very nice and clean. Private bathroom was very comfortable choice, most places don't offer that in the area for so cheap. Owner was very kind and helpful.

The location of the accomodation is on the hill, so beware time when you book the arrival - we booked at Sunday and there are no buses going on the hill (and during weekdays only to certain evening hour, so without car it's very complicated). By foot it's 1h walk upwards from the centre of Cernobbio, so it was a killer hike. Also the fact that it's on the top of Cernobbio hill doesn't mean there will be views from the window. There are no nice views right near the accomodation. We have to walk around 7min to get to some viewpoint or during our upstairs hike we spotted several nice spots with view. I don't reccommend anyone to walk that hill by foot unless you're crazy into hiking (especially not with heavy luggage or bags)

Tata's Room was like a cute home with lovely natural surroundings. The staff were really nice, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The room had everything we needed, and there was a balcony with chairs and a table. We rented a Vespa to make it easier to get there because it was up high, but the views along the way were totally worth it.

Friendly place to stay and excellent value for money. Very modern and clean room with a lovely mountain view. Rovenna is a beautiful traditional hamlet above Cernobbio. Monte Bisbino nearby is a great challenging hike.

The location is right at the top of the hill (200m vertical) above Cernobbio waterfront. The location should really be listed as Rovenna instead. It was a shame the local bar wasn't doing food the night we were there (check beforehand!) so we walked down into Cernobbio and managed to get a taxi back (for €20).

Everything well, we enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and kind enough to drive us in the morning to Como centrum! We highly recommend this room. We would book it again in the future! Enjoy your trips, guys!
