Positive: The design is without a doubt very, very beautiful. The spa, sauna and lounge room are very welcome luxuries after a day of travel. Whoever designed the interiors deserves a prize for taste and execution. Has a once in a lifetime feel to it. Summary: if you want to treat yourself or your loved one to something special, or have a special pccassion, go for it. The hottub and sauna are quite unique and the design is impeccable. If you want easy comfort and no thrills relaxation after a day of hiking, choose something different.

Negative: i did get the sense that it's all quite design focussed / instagram ready, instead of having a focus on what a traveller needs. Coffee and tea are sparse, bring your own. There is no space for cooking or preparing food in your room. It's all quite minimal design and i wouldnt stay here for more than a day, max two because in the end you travel from early morning to evening and when you come to the hotel you want your comfort (room size, fridge, coffee, tea, cooking).

The cabins are beautiful inside and out. We loved the sauna and hot tub. We loved that it felt like the middle of nowhere. We hung out in the lounge for a bit. The views were spectacular, everywhere. This place is a dream.

The frosted glass door on the bathroom wasn’t great for the 24 hours of daylight. The blackout curtains in the cabin worked great, and then you have a light source that isn’t blocked.
