"Lovely apartment in a great location."

9.0

Lovely, clean and spacious and a great location, with the added bonus of a car parking permit.

Nothing, other than we couldn’t find a tea towel! 😂

"Fabulous would recommend 100%"

10.0

Location was fantastic, right in the centre of town, close to shops, restaurant and ferry. Decor was eclectic maritime and we loved it. Well equipped, extremely clean and tidy and easy key pick up. Perfect for a treat family weekend in Dartmouth. Fantastic evening meal at Baynards Cove Hotel about 5 mins walk away and great Christmas shopping in the gift shop under the property! Fabulous lunch at the cafe on Blackpool sands. Highly recommend for a weekend away.

"Could be amazing but sadly it isn't."

4.0

The location of the property was excellent, just where we wanted to be in Dartmouth

The mattress in the main bedroom was every uncomfortable and sagged in the middle, making it difficult to sleep. There is no door on the en-suite. The toilet has a flush issue. A pair of dirty knickers were found sticking out of the bottom of the bed. The heating was on full all of the time with no access to be able to turn it down. No full length mirrors unless you include the one on the ceiling. The seating area in the lounge area has one couch and the rest are plastic chairs that are comfortable for sitting on in the evening. I understand they may be seen as a design feature but they are conducive to a comfortable seating experience. The automatic lights that come on in the hall way are very bright and not pleasant if you need to use the facilities in the middle of the night. The WiFi is really bad and we were unable to watch the television ie Netflix etc and we couldn't even Google restaurant reservations. Very frustrating in this day and age. Never had problems in Dartmouth before. Communication wasn't great when we had questions. The photos look amazing but a lot of the property is looking tired.

"If all the issues are addressed this would be a perfect place to stay right in the centre of Dartmouth"

It’s Location very modern

Well where do I start we didn’t like the personal photos in kitchen area and one in each bedroom the bedroom we were in had no door on the en suite which wasn’t good no draws in bedrooms for putting cloths in the pans needed replacing we all thought the seating wasn’t comfortable.

"Lovely location and nicely designed, but no hot water for most of the trip"

4.0

Well appointed and clean. Nicely designed Once we finally found who to speak to about the lack of hot water, they tried to help

No hot water for most of our stay, very difficult with a 90 year old guest Emergency contact details were wrong (for a different agency) and many hours spent trying to resolve - 2 days of a 3 day trip spent dealing with the issue. The lack of hot water would surely have been noticed by the cleaners. There is an issue with the top of the handrail (chain) in that it doesn't reach the top, worth noting for those with mobility problems
