Bardzo dobra lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na stare miasto. Dość wygodne studio ze sporą łazienką. Bardzo cicha okolica. Kolejka na górne miasto dosłownie za rogiem. Brak telewizora.

S-au oferit din partea casei 4 capsule pentru aparatul de cafea, pentru 3 persoane, pentru 3 zile; asta dupa ce inainte de sejur am intrebat ce capsule se pot utiliza la aparat pentru a ne putea cumpara, primind raspunsul ca sunt oferite din partea casei ! Oare cum trebuia sa le impartim ? La capitolul curatenie-trebuie sters cu mopul ud praful de pe jos, care flutura in urma pasilor pe parchet. Si terasa necesita o curatenie generala si o umbreluta, deoarece soarele este prezent pe terasa pe toata durata zilei si nu se poate sta afara din acest motiv !

Good contact and helpful owner. Great localization - close to Funicolare, bus to Citta Alta and bus to Airport. Nice view from terrace but in super hot weather - being the top room of building and just under the roof, the apartment is like a sauna :D airconditioning helped a bit but was not able to chill to the level so that it's comfortable.

There was often smell of sewers. The apartament is quite old and requires renovation. Especially the shower made from tiles that is covered in mold. Unfortunately the price was too expensive for such conditions.

Très bien placé, terrasse sublime. Climatisation bienvenue. Appartement très chouette.
