Ajith's Inn

What a place! Enjoyed the stay.. The owner was there and handed the keys. Everything about the place is so good ,felt just like home. There were water bottles and cookies 😅 which was so nice of the host. Enjoyed the beautiful sunrise from the balcony. 10/10 for Ajith’s Inn

We were 6 people and this flat was a perfectly suited for our requirements. When we enter into facility it was super clean with facilities like bedsheets, towels, soap, iron box , wifi, kettle , gas stove which helped us to keep hot water for bath when there is no power in the early morning. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds , wardrobe and mirrors.... Feels like we were in home . Very good balcony view and we enjoyed on a beautiful rainy day. Location is very close to railway station and easy to roam near by main roads also.

When power is gone geysers are not working... This is same as in every apartment and it's expected.

This property is home away from home. All facilities are available for a luxurious stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, kettle and you could cook if you wish to. Supermarket for groceries is nearby. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and hot water is also available in the attached bathrooms. The view from the 9th floor apartment are breathtaking. The railway station is very near and you can see the station from the balcony. The host Mr Ajith is a very kind gentleman. He took care of all our needs and made our stay comfortable. The host can also arrange for taxi as well as boat ride. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who visits Kottayam.

Neat, clean, spic and span flat. This flat is quite welcoming by above statement. Very close to Kottayam railway station its an ideal home stay for a big family. The balcony provides a pleasing panaromic view of the city. A self contained furnished flat gives you a feel of home away from home. Ideal location to access important places in Kottayam. The Property owner's personal visit to us made quite a difference. He allowed 3 hrs of extended stay, was in itself a great gesture indicating his seriousness in the hospitality and comfortability for his guests. Thanks a lot Mr Ajith!! 🙏🎉

All the facilities are working properly and well-maintained apartment. Affordable price. Well-managed and friendly atmosphere. The apartment owner Mr. Ajith friendly to all the guests and directly communicated everything. He came directly when the guests arrived. Mr. Ajith deserves appreciation for everything done for us. Recommending to everyone who wants a hassle-free stay in Central Kottayam. Proudly recommend it to all.
