IT-Appartamento situato in una posizione centrale -presenza di una cucina ben servita anche se alcune cose sono poco funzionali e scomode - comodità del tagliando per i parcheggi -la proprietaria è presente e disponibile.
Essendo un appuntamento piccolo e molto pieno di oggetti, la presenza di una sola finestra alta dà ancora di più il senso di chiuso e scuro. Nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi il prezzo è stato molto elevato.

FRLogement situé dans le centre ancien, à 2 minutes à pied du lac. Rue non circulée, donc pas de bruit de véhicules. Le logement est en rez-de-chaussée. Porte sécurisée avec code. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la climatisation, mais elle ne fonctionnait pas. La douche est assez mal configurée, on fait une flaque d'eau dans la salle de bains. Le mobilier est de qualité, la présentation soignée, très agréable. Curieusement, tout est réglé très haut : je mesure 1m90, et l'accès au mobilier était parfois trop haut pour moi (lavabo, étagères) Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café à une centaine de mètres. Il faudrait préciser aux locataires quel est le contenu de ce déjeuner : Par défaut, nous avons demandé le minimum (1 café + 1 croissant) mais, étant habitués aux déjeuners copieux d'hôtels, nous aurions aimé que ce soit un peu plus garni...
Il faut faire réparer la climatisation. Elle donne l'illusion de marcher, mais se coupe après 30 secondes. Préciser le contenu du petit déjeuner.
CZWe planned to spend a weekend there and we were very disappointed about this stay. The "water mattress" was so soft that you could feel the wood desk under it when you sit/lay on it. Every sigle move was like you are in the middle of a sea storm. The thermostat didn't work, and it was super hot. We haven't slept all night due to it. The communication with the owner was poor. We tried to resolve the issue, thinking that the owner may have fixed the mattress or at least offer something, however waiting until 10 am in the morning with no reply, we decided to leave the appartment. Later this day, we have been informed by booking that the owner didn't recognize the problem and said that all is good. We have been refunded only partially for the second night we haven't even stayed there and no compensation for the first night without sleep has been provided. Overwise, the location is very good, close to the lake and restaurants. Unfortunately, we haven't enjoyed it due to the above.
CHWell... I really can say that that room is something special. They thought about everything. It doesn't lack of anything. It's clean, it's modern and comfortable and... there is Alexa. Alexa, turn the light on from the table. Alexa, close the curtains. Alexa play some sensual music 😜 There is enough of coffe and breakfast and some snack. Big Bathroom with special light and "whirlpool". And... a Waterbed. Yes... you have to see it to believe it.
