Cozy Cabin perfect for 2 Families

Beautiful home. It was peaceful, easy, and home had everything you could ask for. Will definitely be returning for another vacation.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Great location, good decorations, up to date

It was surface clean, lots of deep cleaning needed (drawers in kitchen had dirt, celling fan covered in layers of dust, no shampoos left, no hairdryer/can opener/cheese grater)

Family friendly, homely feel with loads of space.

Location was good easy to find. My kids enjoyed playing on pool table and kitchen was stocked with essentials.

Upon arrival the cabin was dirty. There were used blankets and towels in master bedroom on floor and used toothbrushes and used soaps still in showers. Luckily after reporting to booking agent the cleaning lady came by to fully clean the entire cabin.

Great sized property, with lots of room family games and activities, location was great and we did really enjoy it, lots of great thoughtful inclusions like phone charging docks in every room, fully equipped kitchen and great markets nearby to get supplies, firewood great location to big bear ski resort

Overall this is a great place, better blankets and better communication would solve all the issues we had- even though it looks long winded we did still really enjoy this accommodation Upstairs gets cold, and there was the thinnest blankets on the bed I had to search for every blanket in the place sleep in jumpers and socks and track pants we were cold even with a fire on in the main bed. There’s a heater, but it heats downstairs too well that you can’t turn it up too high. The main bed power shorted after I plugged in one of their heaters so the Power Points in the bedroom stopped working on the first night and that affected some of the bathroom lights and we couldn’t use any of the phone chargers on the bed sides. Didn’t love I had to clean every thing on leaving including washing all the dishes ect for 3 nights for $1k I would have expected a cleaning fee included in the breakdown that covered that service or that we could put the dishes in the machine and just turn it on and the cleaners unpack it. There was last tenant sheets /laundry in the machine on the first day we arrived and the last persons used soap in the main ensuite, so super annoying I had to clean the last tenants and my stay :/ I didn’t call the contact on the booking as they hadn’t responded to any previous contact so I didn’t see a point and I didn’t want to be charged for calling the real estate again (more below) I tried messaging the property about keys through booking.com app, the booking description says go to a realestate to collect keys but they never answered, we got to the office and no one was there, tried ringing the contact details through booking.com and it just rang out several times.

it was the perfect location and comfortably fit all of us and could’ve easily fit more! it was so relaxing and had great amenities.

no air conditioning but the weather was great so we didn’t really need it.
