1. Good location ：only about a 10-minute walk from the train station. 2. Clean and spacious, with air conditioning, and very quiet at night. 3. The landlord is excellent, kind, and provides timely assistance.

It’s simply perfect for relax and visit Bologna from the train station! People there were amazing and very friendly!

- The property rooms are very spacious and light - basic amenities provided - Bed comfortable - cleaning lady very kind and considerate

- The family that live in the flat above are very loud you can hear every thumping step and deafening cry from their young children - Blood looking substance on the floor upon arrival - 40 minute walk away from the centre - shady neighbourhood where when walking back from town we had people asking us where we are from and aggressively demanding money.

This house was excellent and very clean and very comfortable. Very good area no far from the train station and easy to access. I do recommend this place. And the host Francesco was very helpful and friendly. And can speak English and French that was a bonus for me that don't understand Italian. I tried to book another day but unfortunately the place was full.

Completely renovated flat, clean and spacious room. It is located in a quite area near railway station. Thre are some bars and restaurants nearby and supermarket is also not far away. Francesco and his family are really nice and helpful.

The house is close to the train station, you can visit it on foot in just 9 minutes. The surrounding area was quiet and close to the city center. The Host was very helpful in our every wish. The bathroom was outside, but it was privet, just for us and it was a complete renovation, You enjoy taking a shower. 😁 Thank you Francesco!!
