Castle View Cottage - Entire Home

The cottage was exactly how it was described on the pictures and booking.com. Its location was perfect for us very near Dingle and Inch beach. The cottage had everything in it and even more , stock up with all the essentials that people travelling might not have on them. Lots of towels, very clean , new and so well maintained and the decor is very classy. The garden around the cottage is so cute, many flowers, benches and a table to eat outside if weather permits. An amazing vue at the sea and mountains. Really perfect with 4 fully fitted double bedrooms , very comfortable for a family.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property .

We loved everything about our stay. We booked the house for a friends’ trip and as a base to climb Carrauntoohil. The house is located up on a hill with fantastic views of the mountains and the ocean – the kind of view most of us would love to wake up to. It’s fully equipped and feels more like a home than a typical holiday rental. Maura even welcomed us with freshly baked soda bread, along with milk, cereals, fresh fruit, and more – such a thoughtful touch that we really weren’t expecting. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, don’t think twice – book Castle View Cottage straight away!

The cottage is perfect if you’re looking for a break from the city. It’s wonderfully remote yet only a short drive from Dingle Town and Inch Beach. The cottage was warm, quiet, and offered beautiful views. Communication with the owners was easy, and I highly recommend this place.

We were truly amazed by this holiday home in the Dingle peninsula. Absolutely beautiful, spacious, modern and clean house, with everything we needed. The host was very nice and helpful. We decided to stay one extra night and we will definitely go back in the future.

Only one washroom for big family

I loved that it was remote but had all the facilities one might need I.e. WiFi etc. It was absolutely spotless with every possible need catered for.

Nothing!! Even in a Yellow Weather warning we felt safe & very comfortable.

Best Self-catering I have ever booked. spotless throughout. Fridge stocked with Milk Juice Yogurts homemade scones & brown bread, little pots of jam marmalade & butter. cereals inc. granola musili. Coffee maker & pods teabags sugar fresh fruit & sweets they thought of everything. Great Internet & tv channels. Fire set although we didn't need it the house was so warm. Bathroom fully accessible for anyone with a disability. Beautiful garden.

We were travelling in dark so outside lighting was not great. The light at corner of house went of to quick and where we parked a light on the shed would have been a great help.

The house has every amenity and was spotlessly clean. The location is a bit remote but this also means quiet, and the view is glorious. A great place to get away. The hosts were thoughtful and communication was easy. I would highly recommend this property. The only thing to note is that while it sleeps 8, there is only one bathroom which might be an issue for a full house depending on the group.
