Alen was very kind, gentle and friendly. He is always happy to help his guests. There is no elevator, but he carried my luggage and also carried it when I was leaving. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the bus terminal, so it is very easy to access. There are 3 supermarkets within walking distance (the bigger one is a bit far, but it is worth going. You can get almost anything!). For Japanese tourists! The shower space is fully covered with a proper glass door, so you don't have to squirm or wet the floor. The water pressure was also pretty good, so I was able to have a comfortable shower time! (There is no bathtub) The towels were a bit hard, but apart from that it was very comfortable. You can also walk to the city center.

I absolutely loved my stay at Alen's place. It was clean, spacious and perfectly situated for our trip to Plitvice national park. And Alen is a gracious host with excellent communication. I'll definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting Zagreb.

The apartment is great - nicer than I expected actually. The accommodations were perfect for a couple, the bed was comfortable and there was a good supply of cookware etc. I appreciated how quick Alen was to respond to questions, and his recommendation for a place to enjoy supper was bang on.

Very easy to find and free parking. The owner was extremely nice, he gave us great recommendations to go eat and walk around. The apartment is very nice, just like in the pictures. We had a kitchen with a washer and balcony where we could dry our clothes. Very spacious too, perfect for a couple.

The mattress was a bit firm for me but my husband liked it. Towels could be a bit rough. Not really a complaint just things that could be a bit better.

Friendly, polite host that welcomed us and helped with bags. Amazing apartment, the nicest we had experienced in our whole travels!! Super modern, clean, tidy, and comfortable!! Great location, 5min walk from the main bus and train station, supermarkets etc close by. Was such a pleasure to spend our 2 reset nights here during our long travels, perfect place to reset and recharge, would 1000% stay here again!! Also photos don't do this place justice, is much nicer that the photos portray!

The apartment was fantastic - clean, spacious & various facilities & amenities available. Supermarket found just round the corner, for those who want to cook (the apt comes with stovetop, oven, along with a washing machine). The host, Alen, was brilliant, always on hand to help when needed - living in the apt above certainly helped! Was kind enough to compensate us with a small gift, without any questions/complaints from our end, when roadworks were unexpectedly planned during our stay. Free parking available was useful! Very easy to navigate to central Zagreb either by car, or by taxi. Very highly recommended!

Great location to bus station and old town. New renovation and well decorations apt. In particular, very good host and hospitality to provide everything you need when tour Zagreb including attractions, restaurant and must-to-do lists.
