Good location about a mile from the centre in one direction and the Palau des Arts and Sciences in the other. Nice communal space in the kitchen and the courtyard.

Some of the focus and fittings were a bit rickety.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, te hace sentir como en casa y en mi caso particular me hizo recordar a la casa de mi bisabuela. Está cerca de todo andando a pie. Conocer a Antonio, sin dudas, fue lo más grato de nuestra estancia.

Très bonne localisation, équipée d’une cuisine équipée et un lave linge, self-cheking.

Les chambres sont très mal isolées, venu pour le marathon de València, nous n’avons pas pu dormir jusqu’à 2h du matin car le voisin du dessus faisait une fête et de plus nous avons entendus les premiers coureurs se préparer dans la cuisine à 5h30. Alerté, l’hôte nous a répondu qu’il allait envoyé un message au voisin. Ceux de la chambre d’en face (3) nous ont confirmé avoir eu le même problème, la nôtre étant la 4.
