USGreat location and Apartment was clean.
Limited quantities of basic stuff like toilet rolls, kitchen towels, bath towels. Extra charges for everything does not make sense at these price points and esp noting the fact that these things don't cost much anyway in Mexico City but can be inconvenient for Americans. Something basic such as a room heater was missing and we were told to pay extra to get a heater. Beds were small. Two people cannot sleep on a double size bed. There was enough space in apartment to keep two queen beds.
ITVery modern and luxurious, with all the necessary comforts. Two bathrooms, so great in terms of space and necessities. True to the pictures.
The washing machine was not really clean and we decided not to use it
GBThe flat is nice and clean, beds are comfortable and it’s got everything you need for a short stay. Very easy to check in, staff very friendly and responsive. We were very happy with our stay.
It’s on a very noisy road, but there are double glazed windows that massively reduce the noise, so it’s not a big deal.
USGBLocation is great, very safe and central, one big bedroom, lovely balcony, with en-suite bathroom. No A/C but fans provided.
Only one bedside lamp in one room, requested another one but it didn’t arrive One toilet would not flush when we arrived and it took almost 18 hrs to fix Impossible to regulate the water in both showers: scorching hot or cold then lukewarm
HKUSThe location was centrally located to all of the activities we had in town. Condesa is also filled with trees and parks, which gives it such a beautiful neighborhood feel in a big city. Everyone at the building was friendly, and the apartment was modern, comfortable and had great views!
Even though we used the blackout curtains and the fans, the bedrooms received direct sunlight and became quite warm early in the morning. It was difficult to sleep in and do anything in the apartment after mid-morning. We would have preferred to have some sort of temperature control of the apartment. The pool was also closed during our stay and we weren't able to use it.
