Ensuite especially the downstairs could benefit from the addition of a grab bar since there was no anti slip mat. It was a little small for 8 people especially in the living room and dining areas.

"Great location beds a little tired."

Just outside congestion zone, easy parking for 3 cars. Bus stop into town not far away.

Beds not very comfortable. Upstairs door locked itself and we couldn't get hold of the owner for a while to get it sorted. Caused a lot of stress as we had to get to the harry potter tour at a certain time that day. Perhaps those lock instructions could be made available as part of the welcome info. Some ensuites were very small.

"fabulous house- perfect for groups"

very clear instructions. The lockbox was straightforward. Plenty of parking as we are 4 friends coming from different locations all with cars!

We were a little confused about the new Oxford congestion charge that was operating from October/ November 2025 We were staying right on the edge of the congestion ring. We decided to pay anyway.

Very clean and well equipped. Loved the shower gel.

Some showers were a bit tricky to get the temperature right. One would only be boiling hot. Some shower-rooms a bit small.

"Excellent stay and super helpful host"

Property is Tastefully done, host has taken care of smallest details and she was very responsive. She responded to all my requests within minutes.

Location is little far from city centre, but there is not much choice in the city centre.
