Emplacement excellent.

Cet appartement est annoncé comme DELUXE pour un prix payé de plus de 600€ pour les deux nuits. Le sommier est constitué de vulgaires palettes et un matelas très mou. Les ustensiles de cuisine comme la poêle sont très usagés et en nombre insuffisant pour le lave-vaisselle. La machine à café ne permet pas de faire un bol de café pour le petit déjeuné et les dossettes présentes, en partie inutilisable. Le bois des placards et autre meuble était du vulgaire contre plaqué, y compris la table de cuisine ( à nettoyer, pas TOP). Le robinet de la salle de bain était non serré au meuble. Il n'y a pas de patio mais un balcon filant de 50cm de large. L'odeur désagréable qui montait dans la chambre--> obligé de fermer la fenêtre. Aucun plan de la ville pour un appartement DELUXE... quelques prospectus. Aucune information pour faire fonctionner la TV... Dernier étage sans ascenseur!!!! Les photos de l'annonce étaient belles mais la réalité bien moins.

Beautiful property with exposed brick and beams, very comfortable bed and nice balcony on quiet street. Perfect location in Old Town and the host was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this property for your stay!

3 Stockwerke ohne Lift für uns kein Problem aber ggf. für ältere gebrechliche Personen Gepäck Aufbewahrung vor Ort nicht möglich

Lage war top, direkt in der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß viel erreichbar. U-Bahn Nähe und in der Nähe des Turia Parkes. Stilvolle Einrichtung.

Möbel teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen, Holzvertäfelungen splittern. Von den Wänden löst sich manchmal Staub und kleine Steinchen. In Bad 1 starker Kanalgeruch, in Bad 2 war das Waschbecken verstopft und der Klodeckel lose. Vermieter wurde darauf aufmerksam gemacht, Vorschlag zur Reparatur kam erst nach einer Woche. Starke Geruchsbelästigung durch den Innenhof vom Schlafzimmer - sobald man das Fenster geöffnet hat kam unangenehmer Kanalgeruch hinein. Aufenthalt eher enttäuschend für den Preis.

I liked where it was located. The apartment was interesting and it’s finishing. I love the ceiling. It felt like a loft.

The apartment was clean. There were clean towels. There’s a few things that needed to be repaired like the toilet seat in the master bedroom bathroom the hose for the personal shower in that bathroom as well. Needs to be replaced. There needs to be a drying rack for clothes that are washed.

3rd floor with no elevator, very narrow and steep stairs. Poor Customer service

Ev sahibi booking dışında kendi sisteminde kapora alıp haftalar sonra zorla iade etmiştir. Booking ile iletişime geçerek kapora mı tam tutarda geri alabildim.
