Irma was an excellent host, preparing a delicious breakfast every morning. The apartment was clean and well-equipped (especially the kitchen). Highly recommended.

The shower could be equipped with a curtain.

In Booking, it says 2 bedrooms, but, in realitt, there was only one open bedroom (without a door) and a living room. It made us disappointed and frustrated.

Best host ever. The property is full value for money! loved the experience. Breakfast was so fresh and was served with so much love. The lady also helped us with many things we needed during the stay. Lovely staf! 100% recommended

The hut is in the middle of a nice town called Achkoti, just 5 mins away from Stepantsminda. If one is looking to relax, then this is the place. Irma, the host, is very kind and courteous and ensures that your stay will be very nice. Her hospitality is top notch. The Georgian breakfast was also amazing which made us feel at home.

Host is super nice and helpful. Cottage is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, plates, cutlery, and mini fridge. Located right along the highway but very peaceful and quite, surrounded by mountains. Breakfast was good. Recommend to have google translate handy to communicate better with the host. It's around 4 km away from the center, but can book a cab on bolt app to take you around.
