We enjoyed our stay and the place felt so homely and warm. Noma was also friendly and helpful.

The place itself was very nice. Enjoyed the stay.

The host was very rude at check out. At first she was fine when getting checkin info we explained we traveling from far so we will late. She said all is fine she will let is know where to collect keys but after that no contact. We arrived at 11.15pm amd could not get a hold of her. We had to walk around at the near by hotels to check for keys. Then no parking instructions given at all. We booked 3 days and paid for parking for 2 days until a security explained how it worked on the last day. Then on check out at 9.56am I messaged to asked where should we drop keys and she explained buy at 10am she was waiting at the door while we trying to get our bags out angry that we not out as yet when we said we just need a few minutes to pick up our bags. The apartment was booked for 4 people which 4 people did stay but a friend arrived to help with bags and transport and without asking she assumed he stayed amd rudely was counting the amount people walking out and complain to the cleaner in her language. It was really uncomfortable the way she replied back at every question afterwards. So as we walked put she again asked for the keys so we said we going to leave it security where she had said. So again rudley she said no we give her so we asked then how will get out the parking so again rudely replied then u must go out the parking and come back and give her the keys. We didn't say anything back we just walked away because we had our kids with us. So when the guy that helped us with transport when back up to leave the keys while we packed the car she again asked him rudely where certain things which was in the house so he replied he don't know because he didn't stay here so she well u should know because they ur brothers. Just because we are the same race. The place as I said was nice but wouldn't want to book somewhere we're u are felt chased on your last day and spoken so abruptly to.

The place is perfectly located with easy access to the airport and Cape Town CBD. On ground floor there are multiple restaurants to chose from and a woolies and clicks for daily needs. For other needs, Canal walk is about 5-10 minute walk, I love that!!! Inside the place, the host only used top of the range appliances. The place is perfect for both long and short term stay. Ample space, well equipped kitchen, amazing lounge space. I wanna stay here every time I’m Cape Town. Must mention the friendly and very helpful staff.

The place exceeded my expectations.

When I did eventually meet the host it was pleasant.

Reception did not have the keys and it wasn’t in the box so I had to get a number for host and phone then waited until she arrived.
