UAThe B&B is conveniently located near the main tourist attractions of Benevento, in a quiet end of a street, and is easily accessible when arriving by bus. The self-check-in process is nice, like a small quest to find the key. I liked it. All communication with the host (Emilia) is via phone/messages, which is also nice. She is very polite and helpful. Breakfast snacks are provided in the room and replenished during room service every 3 days. They consist of some tasty items, such as cupcakes, crackers, mini tarts, packaged juice, and milk. They are mostly sweet. Do not expect a full-sized meal. The room is cleaned every 3 days, and towels and bed sheets are replaced at the same time. Everything in the room is clean and smells fresh. The toilet is very clean, and toilet paper is provided. The shower and sink are clean and functional, with hot water available; however, you need to wait a minute for the water to reach the desired temperature. There is soap, shampoo, and other essentials if you do not bring your own. The small fridge, coffee machine, TV, electric kettle, and AC all work fine. The fridge is quite noisy, though. All electric sockets are functional. The window has typical Italian external blinds, easily adjustable from the inside, so it's possible to keep the room completely dark if you want to sleep in a bit longer. The heating is turned on automatically in the evenings (I'm talking about December), but you can turn on the AC in the heating mode if you need some extra warmth. However, I did not use this as the temperature was just OK for me.
The only things I did not like were: 1. Extremely small sink. After several days of use, it was acceptable, but initially, it was quite cumbersome to use. 2. The electric kettle is plastic and kind of smells like plastic. I would suggest replacing it with a stainless steel one. Additionally, one suggestion for the owners is to consider adding a microwave. That would be very helpful.
