GBStreet was well kept and quiet. Layout of the house, good sized rooms, brand new carpets and furnishings looked new as well. Response from Property Management when issues raised with them. Owner came to sort out heating quickly.
Issue with heating initially. no facility to hang up clothes in upstairs bedroom. Cobwebs in every room at high level. Glass doors and mirrors looked like they needed a good clean. The two oven trays provided had lots of caked on food residue. Multiple bulbs not working or missing. House could not have been “ walked through” by management team before available for checkin.
GBWell laid out and easy to access house, with convenient parking on the drive way. Each room is tidy and nice. Bathrooms are good. Tea and coffee was provided, and cleaning products such as fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets and antibacterial spray.
The garden is not enclosed, there is no back gate, so the dogs had to be constantly supervised when outside. The bin outside was overflowing with excess litter on the floor, it looked very dirty and the dogs were constantly trying to get there to find the left over food on the floor, not even in a bag.

Not enough cutlery for 5 (or six) people, a few light bulbs were not working in living room. Coat hooks would have been useful in the porch. No obvious place/bin to put recyclables
GBKey in key safe. Code provided. Location good for work. Bathroom heated floor, just gorgeous! Good to have your own space for a longer stay. Internal beams nice feature. Open plan lounge/kitchen.
Key doesn’t fit well, you need to patiently try it several times. neighbourhood neglected. Gas stove had no method to light it. No soap in bathrooms (one so watered down it was water). No welcome instructions so first night heat in bedroom was far too hot, I had no way to reduce it. Stove didn’t look like it had been swept so didn’t use it.
