It's big room. A good location near train station and center. Comfortable beds.

It was cold in the shower.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this accommodation. The room I originally booked had a broken lock, meaning there was no security whatsoever. When I raised this issue, I was moved to another room that was half the size of the original, and to make matters worse, the pillow cover was missing. Not only did I not receive an apology for these inconveniences, but I was also told that I should be grateful because the floor was empty, allowing me access to the common living room. This was not an upgrade, as the room I initially booked had a private living room. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was met with arrogance. Additionally, I received a check-out message before I even checked in, and the wording made it seem like my check-out date was the same as my check-in date. This was confusing and misleading Finally, the excessive fees for check-out conditions are unreasonable, especially given that this is supposed to be a hospitality service. I would not recommend staying here.

if u got the big room, heating seems insufficient. quite cold in winter night. old apartment.

The location was great, easy to find, nice free and spacious parking in front of the driveway in the front yard, clean rooms, well equipped kitchen. Check-in was quite easy with lockbox.

Very nice and big room.

Basically no curtains. It gets super bright at 5 am in summer. Also just on the main road so quite noisy.

The room itself was huge and quite luxurious. A good temperature, nice lighting. The ‘main’ bathroom with the huge bathtub was also a lovely detail.

A few minor things which could easily be sorted included the general dirtiness / age of the kitchen area, the inner hallway there and the smaller bathroom, where everything just seemed aged and there was a smell. The lock on the my door was also very tricky, resulting in one night another guest actually wandering into my room by mistake! Mostly, though, I’d like to draw attention (as other reviews have done) to the absolutely bizarre customer service offered by the firm (or lack thereof). The idea that calling them for assistance potentially would cost you about £20, let alone the disproportionate costs of breaking the house rules, as well as the constant sharp messages from the firm, made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. I even found myself washing up other guests’ dishes so as to avoid the potential of these fees!

Comfortable bed, clean warm room, good location. Good shower and stylish old-fashioned bath.

Downside is the shared bathroom and kitchen (as advertised) — I never saw another resident, but it was still inconvenient, particularly lack of running water in room. Proper curtains would be good.
