CALocation is great. Kind staff. They opened the door at 1am for us when our plane was late.
VNVery good location for travelers. It locates at the center of the old quarter, very close to the Hoan Kiem Lake and walking Streets
By the time my family stay there, the elevator had trouble several times, my mom who is 70yrs old can not climb to the 9th Floor by staircase, very terrible. I addition, the Staffs did not have any solution or giving any warmly appologize. It seem that the elevator problem happen very common, so they feel normal :(((((((
