This is the second time we have stayed at Mill Cottage and we will definitely return. The cottage is perfectly located - in the quaint village of Parbold with easy access to neighbouring towns and cities. The local coffee shop and pubs are great and the walk along the canal is stunning. The cottage itself is maintained to a very high standard. The hosts are very responsive and happy to answer ant questions. They have thought of all finer details making the stay feel very special. We have stayed here both during the warmer Summer months and during Winter and both times it has been perfect each time.

"Perfect little gem in a beautiful area"

Alistair went above and beyond with all the little thoughtful touches. From the moment you book, you feel welcome, and even the brilliant directions with photos were fantastic, especially if you're not sure on the area. Mill Cottage was spotless and extremely welcoming. All the information in the folder was a brilliant thoughtful touch. I could write so much more, but I think you need to see for yourself what a gem Mill Cottage is.

Absolutely Outstanding!!! The hosts had thought of everything!! The cottage was beautiful, spotlessly clean! So many lovely touches, local treats to enjoy, tasty and varied breakfast options, fresh fruit, bread, eggs, biscuits, list is endless! Everything was eco friendly and well thought out, internet was fast! Every room was full of character. Ideal for families, couples and solo travellers, can't wait to return!
