All the furniture seemed to be at their end. Couches fall apart when you sit on them. Door knobs come off all the time. The bed in the main bedroom was not comfortable at all. Only an ac in the main bedroom.

The apartment has a wonderful location directly in the middle of the Como old city center. Everything can be reached by walking. The staff was very friendly in contacting and was also very flexible.

The most disturbing aspect is that the air conditioning doesn't work in tropical temperatures, significantly disrupting sleep at night. The air conditioning is only in one room, but it is very amateurishly installed and doesn't cool very well. Secondly, the shower resembles an MRI tube, making it impossible to bend down after using shampoo. The fact that door handles are falling off everywhere is almost comical and not a big deal overall. All in all, the apartment is overpriced.

Location, stuff

Door handles were broken which it’s not nice and comfy at all (especially in the WC). There were also some garbage on the floor when we arrived. The apartment is old, but could be much better if mentioned above is fixed.

Location is great-right in the heart of Como but not too loud. Great place!

The personal is helpfull, we accidentally left keys inside appartment and staff in minutes same and rescued as. The price and location is great. Shop just around the corner but not to noisy street.

There are plenty of small broken things like missing door handles in toilet, broken couch leg, wobbly radiators box under windows. Also very small shower and no tray for shampoo. The feeling is low quality. Also, check in online and paying city tax via their website seems shady.

Location. Spacious premicess with 3 rooms. Easy entry via key safe on entrance door.

Apartmen has “hostel“ or “hippie“ or "communa" vibe, style and smell. Obligatory online check in which is needed for entry instructions. Narrow stairs and building court noise but those cant be held against owners considering it is old town building. Strange smell in all rooms especially in livingroom which cant be determined whether is "sweat or exotic spice" and couldnt get rid of entire 3 days stay. Double bed in bedroom is very noisy and the metal frame is causing noise with every single move of a limb. Shower cabin is very very narrow and there is no shampoo tray or holder, shower cabin floor is inappropriate, shower pillar is loose, bathroom door handle is off. One of the sofas in living room is broken (leg is detached) which is obvious when you sit on it but the owners kept it dispite. Apartment door inner lock handle is falling off. There are only two reviews for apartment but it looks like it passed through an army of tourists. Less than expected. It is objectively clean but all the accomodation feels and vibes like "hippie or hostel" and there are two bunk beds in one room in additon to that thouths and it acceptable for someone but not for us and it isnt "style" matter only. Everything looks shabby. This isnt our first time in Como but it is last in this accommodation.
