אתחיל מהמלון עצמו - וואו! כמו בתמונות ומעבר לכך! הכל חדש ונקי מאוד, עיצוב מאוד יפה וחדשני. החדר עצמו מאובזר בכל מה שצריך ומעבר , מרווח נעים ונקי. המיקום שלו מעולה, ממש כמה דקות הליכה מהמרכז וגם מהטיילת, בקלות מגיעים למסעדות, בתי קפה וכל המקומות הנחשבים במרכז. קרוב גם לשדה התעופה מרחק נסיעה יחסית קצר. הצוות פשוט נהדר, החל מהצוות בקבלה ועד לצוות בבר, בבריכה ובספא, כולם מאוד נחמדים ומאירים פנים, עוזרים בכל מה שצריך ובאמת מאוד מאוד נחמדים. הספא מאוד נעים, יש בריכה מחוממת וג׳קוזי, אווירה מאוד נעימה, גם שם מאוד נקי. כל אזור הגג והבריכה גם כן מעוצב יפה ומאוד נקי. ביקשנו לעשות צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר כיוון שבטיסה שלנו הייתה מאוחר בלילה ואיפשרו לנו לעזוב בשעה 15 בצ׳ק אאוט מאוחר. בקיצור ללא ספק נחזור למלון הזה שוב- מומלץ מאוד !!

Zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage, moderne und gut durchdachte Ausstattung, tolle Betten, separates WC. Die Klimaanlage, Vorhänge, Lichter etc. kann alles per Fernbedienung gesteuert werden, das war sehr komfortabel. Tolle Mitarbeiter, danke für die super Restaurantempfehlung an unserem ersten Abend und den herzlichen Empfang inklusive Wilkommensgeschenk.👍 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely modern hotel in a great central location in Heraklion. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout.

Not enough storage for clothing in our bedroom - could have done with a chest of drawers!

מלון נדיר , נקי , צוות מאוד מאוד נעים ונדיב , המיקום של המלון מצויין דקה וחצי הליכה ממרכז העיר . הייתי חוזרת שוב פעם 🫶🏻 A rare gem of a hotel spotlessly clean, with an incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous staff. The location is excellent, just a minute and a half’s walk from the city center. I would definitely come back again. 🫶🏻
