Bristol City Stays - Cabot Circus

Wij verbleven in Studio 2 (2 personen). Mooie ruime kamer, vlakbij winkelcentrum Cabot Circus. Toch erg rustig, zeker's nachts! Leuk dat de keuken goed is uitgerust met een toaster, vaatwasser en zelfs een wasmachine.

2 koffiecapsules voor een verblijf van 3 nachten vonden we wel een beetje weinig. Geen eigenaar gezien, alles gebeurt vanop afstand (Whatsapp), sleuterkastje aan de muur buiten, alles onpersoonlijk dus. Ook een nadeel dat je de ramen niet de hele nacht kan openzetten voor frisse lucht zoals we gewoon zijn; iedereen kan naar binnen kruipen. Een klikraampje zou handig zijn geweest. Geen hangrekje om kapstokken op te hangen noch een kapstok. Sleutel was er niet toen we aankwamen, wel de sleutel van de studio ernaast. De kuisman is een sleutel komen afgeven en zei dat iemand die meegenomen had, wat wilde zeggen dat er iemand anders een sleutel had van de studio. Een veilig gevoel gaf dat niet echt. De eigenaar zei dat niemand anders een sleutel had, in tegenstelling tot de kuisman?! De verwarming stond af (op 7°C) en we moesten zelf telkens de chauffage aansteken, maar die ging telkens opnieuw weer naar 7°C, terwijl het erg koud en nat was buiten en we wat warmte konden gebruiken.

Great location. Reasonably priced. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely done out. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful.

Apartment was really clean, lovely decorated, everything we needed! Parking was good value for money and super convenient, location was great.

Location was excellent

A little tatty for the price point - needed a coat of paint , a lot of dirty marks on walls and wardrobes , and quite a lot of scuffing, towel rails or hooks would have been useful.

Great location. The apartment was very clean and beds were really comfy. I hadn't booked parking but staff on hand and assisted. Really couldn't fault anything.

Would not recommend. No parking fob in lock box on arrival, had to repeatedly ring owner to sort it. Shabby kitchen with damaged units, poorly equipped - only 3 mugs provided but no sink plug for washing up and no tea towels. Hairdryer missing - contacted owner, no reply for hours so had to waste time and money going out to buy one. Owner said she’d come out to check everything but didn’t. Reported that the main entrance door wouldn’t close so anyone could gain access to the building (should only be accessible with a code) - no response from owner. On our return I messaged the owner to give them the opportunity to respond to issues with our stay but after 5 days I’ve still not had a response so am now leaving this review.

There was a shed door or window from another apartment below which was slightly noisy as was banging with the weather. Otherwise everything was perfect!
