Nice and clean and cosy, the bed was very comfortable. Great location near to Cabot Circus for shopping and wandering into central Bristol. the host gave good timely updates prior to arrival and clear instructions on how to enter and leave the premises. Thank you.

Just pot luck I suppose on which flat we had. Ours was flat 5 on the ground floor facing the road so a little noisy at night with traffic and people walking past. If we had flat 4 that was inward facing and would have no road/pedestrian noise. Some simple attention to the flat need i.e. fix the bathroom door handle and the kick board below the dishwasher.

Location great, right by shopping area, lots walkable in the vicinity. Not far to lovely bars and restaurants. Great apartment to spend some time in after being tired from walking. Tv with Netflix fab. Hosts great communication. Good value for money.

The lockbox didn't work to get the fob for the car park which we had booked and there was a parking attendant on the road outside, so it was a stressful arrival, but the owners were quick to reply and phone to give me an alternate box and code to use and luckily we sweet talked the parking attendant so then managed to park. Would have been good to know in advance it was on the edge of a local congestion charging zone. Which I think we managed to avoid as car park just out of it.

Really nicely decorated, clean, tidy, new bathroom, kitchen. Really comfortable open plan room. Loved it.

Clean and comfortable apartment for 4 people. The location was good, a walkable distance to the city centre. The check in was easy and we used the private parking available.

Everything we needed, good instructions and communication

The studio ... as in the pictures. The bathroom quite spacious to move around. Cosy and warm. Good WiFi.

Lower ground level flat ... hence wanted some ventilation but the windows would not stay open. Only one bin for trash ... no bin in the bathroom. The washer has no dryer ... neither were there towel rods in the bathroom. No hooks on the door. Provisions not stocked as in washing powder or liquid hand-wash. When asked was told that washing powder is as per self choice. Nobody picked up our call between 8 to 8 which was surprising as they msgd later saying no call was received.
