Apt 07 Beachside Beauty Central Studio Steps from Cafes

The whole place was of high spec quality. Very clean and in excellent condition. The staff we were in contact with were all helpful and pleasant. We asked for an extra set of bedding before we arrived so we could use the sofa bed, and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently with swift communication. The kitchenette was very handy with a fridge to keep our breakfast things and drinks, cold. The "gourmet kitchen" had lots of facilities for cooking and making drinks. The location of the apartment was fantastic. A few minutes walk to the high street or the beach and prom in the other direction. We didn't hear any other residents and the only noticeable noise was the very noisy seagulls! The facilities on offer even include earplugs if you want them.

The shower is exceptionally small. We're average size people but struggled in the shower space. Bending down to wash your feet was very tricky! We frequently knocked the shower controls. Having said that, the shower water pressure is good and plentiful. The sink in the bathroom is tiny and the water pressure very poor. We ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchette sink.

It's a great place to stay, it's always clean, great shared kitchen facilities and the staff are always helpful.

The bed mattress was uncomfortable. It was way too soft and didn't offer any support to back or hips.

Fourth time staying here and as usual the place was nice and clean . The facilities are amazing love the big kitchen downstairs. Lovely host allwys quick to respond and accommodate any request made . Will be back again next time

Best location close to everything. Also, the amenities of a full kitchen in the basement, plus a small one near my room, and my own little kitchenette...so great.

The tiny shower and bathroom sink. Yet, I have an open mind and it was fine for even a 5 night stay like I had. The pluses of this room and the main room make it good. And the staff make it Great. I would love to stay here if I return to Hove.

It was all new renovated and clean and funktional. The bed and the bathroom/shower were very small . It was okay for us, but not suitable for "bigger" and/or elderly persons.Public Parking was possible ca.500 m away and could only be paid with phone/app.

The bed gave a sound at each move and was quite small for two persons. Bathroom too small.
