Curățenia, micul dejun, amabilitatea personalului,piscina, atmosfera din hotel, camera .

Parcarea arată rău, dulapuri fără rafturi, spațiul verde neîngrijit.

Es ist nah am Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Das Frühstück ist ist reichlich aber immer das selbe.

Im Bad waren die Handtuchhalterungen mit Rostflecken und die Waschtischverkleidung hat zur Hälfte gefehlt. Im Zimmer waren die Vorhänge aus der Schiene raus.

I chose Hotel Del Mar in Mamaia for its proximity to the beach, but what should have been a pleasant seaside escape quickly turned into a nightmare. The property is shockingly outdated—worn down, neglected, and in a state of disrepair that no four-star establishment should ever allow.

On the very first night, my bed collapsed beneath me. After contacting reception, I was reassigned to another room. What happened next was nothing short of unbelievable: upon opening the door, I was met not with a fresh room, but with other guests already inside—a middle-aged couple, just as horrified and distressed as I was to find a stranger walking into their accommodation. When I rushed back to reception expecting an apology, or at least some acknowledgment of the mistake, I was met with indifference. The staff denied the incident outright, claiming it was “impossible.” Only after insisting did they reluctantly hand me keys to yet another room. This time, I was placed on a lower floor, stripped of the sea view I had specifically booked and paid for. No apology. No effort to make amends. Not even at checkout did anyone from the staff show the slightest concern or courtesy for the chaos and humiliation I experienced during my stay. What was meant to be a relaxing holiday by the sea became an ordeal of broken furniture, shocking breaches of privacy, and staff who seemed utterly incapable of taking responsibility. Hotel Del Mar is not just outdated—it is a disaster.
