GBGBHost kept in contact, despite changes to original pick up times on my side (son in hospital, so hard to judge timings on the day). Could see I was struggling with the stairs, so carried bags up for me. Really comfy bed. Lots of space - bedroom separate to kitchen / diner and bathroom. Ideal location for visiting hospital (or Tigers stadium, town centre etc).
Couldn't get oven to work, but not overly a problem for us. Washing machine unreliable. Low sloping ceilings (definitely not the apartment shown in the photos) and very steep stairs (would have liked a warning about this as 2 floors up, not good for dodgy knees like mine!). Limited electricity for the stay - not warned about this until we nearly ran out!

GBGBThe location is good. The parking in the street is residents only. I believe there is parking a short walk away. There is a kitchen with hob and oven. Towels were provided. Host was available by telephone. The bed was comfortable. A basic but functional flat for 2 people, recently refurbished, presumably by the owner.
There wasn't enough cutlery and only one plate. Teaspoons would be useful. More clarity in advance of parking arrangements would have been helpful. There is insufficient water pressure for the shower, and so it tends between too hot and cold - a minor point, only to suggest improvement. It didn't spoil our stay particularly. For reference, there was no large screen TV in evidence.
