Dao Ngoc Hotel Da Nang

The hotel is very clean and in a great location! Its 2 blocks to the beach and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars to walk to. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating!

The staff were nice and the room was ok

I was charged an extra 150k per night to have my dog with me. Although this isn’t a huge amount, had this been a one time cleaning fee, it would be ok but charging me daily made the experience feel like extortion rather than a cleaning fee. Also the lobby and elevator smelled like poo. I’m leaving a 6/10 review because it would be wise if management considered the long term over short term. Had there been no charge, or one time charge for the dog, I would stayed longer, spent more and left a good review.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Hotel was old, rooms very small, the location was next to a loud construction site It is between 2 and 3 stars.
