Dao Ngoc Hotel Da Nang

Great stuff, really nice receptionists, comfy beds and clean rooms. The hotel is in a great location.

The view is not really great, it overlooks a building site and I had issues with the bathroom light and fan, I couldn’t switch them off which gets even more annoying as there is no wall between the room and the bathroom, only a glass.

Breakfast was not great

It was actually a very nice stay with decent buffet breakfast. Great value for money!

The problem were the other guests, that used the corridor as their living room. Never saw any doors closed on multiple other rooms. Children running and people screeming from.their rooms or outside their rooms. Had to complain at front desk, because we fehlt as being in someone's apartment. If you like it than it's great 😀

Nice, clean location, tv channels in the room, good wifi connection, food available nearby.

The room not as shown in the pictures on site, the bed was only one side free (see photo), only 2 hangers in the wardrobe, no “Do not disturb” sign available and we were disturbed.

Booked for 2 queen rooms for my friend and I. Got to the hotel and find out that the two rooms were of different price one became cheaper and the other one became more expensive. This caused a problem for my friend who picked the cheaper room. Then, as it turns out, I have enough money for half of the total but not enough for the expensive room they gave me. And they will not take credit card for the payment. Staff wanted to take my passport which I vehemently refused. Second day, the boss lady came around and brought the credit card charging machine so I could charge it to my credit card and the charging was made by a seafood restaurant rather than the hotel. This created a big hassle for me. As I found out later, this hotel doesn’t have any guests either except us. A very strange operation for a hotel of the size.
