Apt 08 Beachside Beauty Central Studio Steps from Cafes

Clean a decent space for the price local to town about 10 minutes on the bus to hit brighton central clean facilites very happy with my stay

Everywhere was clean , the room was brillant , beds was comfy

The towels in the room were damp

Tiny room, pull-out bed, the mattress is just a bit of foam and very uncomfortable

Clever idea with the well-stocked communal areas effectively expanding the space for guests. Handy for the nice cafes and some excellent pubs.

Bedroom en suite a bit cramped. Important to fold bed up if you’re working in the room.

Arrived and had received the wrong code by mistake, there was a member of staff who was on site who noticed me struggling and immediately came to help, very much appreciated. Facilities were great and the communal spaces were very spacious. Appreciated the thoughtful placement of plug sockets inside the fold down bed frame.

There are communal kitchens, but it would be useful to have some signage or a note in the room to suggest where they might be. All the doors look the same, so it's not clear if you're trying to go somewhere you're not allowed, or if it's open to everybody.

Toilet space and shower to close a bit cramped

Emails were answered quickly. The apartment was spotless. I was really surprised with all the snacks and quick dinners that were available. The kitchen downstairs and the mini kitchen on the same floor were really well equipped and also spotless. I felt as if nothing would be a problem if I had needed anything. There was bicycle storage in the cellar.

The size of the room was not stated in the description. The bed was a pull down cupboard bed that needed to be put back during the day to allow movement in the room. While this was easy, I was a little disappointed that it was not clear in the apartment description. The shower/toilet was tiny, so the towels and toilet bag etc had to be left outside the bathroom to avoid getting them wet while showering. A little cupboard under the washhand basin would be nice for bring-along toiletries.
