The host was very kind and pleasant

Improve the wifi connection.

The guest experience team was friendly and the rooms were clean.

The quality of water was nothing to write home about. Its brown and had a rusty smell and taste. On enquiring we were informed it would clear within a few hours but it did’nt.

The house was okay, location too. For the breakfast they provided complimentary off the shelf bread and some eggs.

Considering the location and proximity to the nearest shop, they could opt to provide better breakfast options such as fresh milk considering I'd informed them I had a small baby, and enough drinking water. The host provided 1ltr of drinking water for 3 adults and one small child which was inadequate. Best to have a water dispenser or otherwise. Also, the shower gels in the bathrooms were finished and the host hadn't refilled best to check before a new tenant visits and refill.

The host didn't not respond to calls or texts the whole week. We had to look for alternative accommodation for one and cut off our stay in the town

I liked how comfortable the beds were as well as the serenity of the place.

The breakfast came in a little late.

As described clean and convenient and host is responsive highly recommend.

Lots to do around within a short distance, shopping, restaurants and child friendly.

Where nice place. Good communication. City center. Thomsons falls 5 minute drive

We were with child. And it was written 3 beds. And the and we had 1 bed. And it was just full size. So to sleep 3 of us for a bit not comfortable
