Apache Gold Resort Hotel & Casino

when we got to the room everything described in the booking was false. "The view" for the balcony was blocked by big palm trees. There was beer bottles on the balcony from a previous vistor. The reason we were staying there was the pool which had absolutely no water, and looked unused in a long time.

Rooms were nice in size and clean,recently remodeled with nice decor. Access to our rooms very easy to access,plus we did get early xheckin. our remote was missing I called front desk they sent new one within 5 minutes,super nice & friendly about it.

would love to have motorcycle parking but the parking lot was nice & smooth looked new!

Late check out at 1pm Very Nice.

The building is a little old and dirty - especially the elevator, but the rooms are updated and clean.

I like the Hotel is in a great location due to my Family traveling there a couple times a year for community events. The staff are polite. The rooms and building are clean. We will stay here again for sure.

At this specific stay the coffee maker in our room did not work. I let staff know at front desk and the housekeeper know too. She just directed me to front desk. Anyway, the coffeemaker did not make it to our room. Plus the coffee in the lobby was also empty.

The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was squeaky clean everywhere, the hotel decor was restful and uncluttered, the photographs were lovely. We were not there to gamble but it was easy to find our way to the restaurants. Food was OK and service was friendly and accommodating of odd requests.

the other two restaurants were closed as it was mid week. the swimming pool was empty of water.

It was a simple get away. Hotel and facilities worked well. Dining and entertainment was a bit limited but fine.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained.
