Amazing views and beautiful space for groups to stay together and enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked and the shower water pressure was outstanding.

Stairs up to the property - credit to the owners as this is highlighted in the listing!

"Lovely location, very clean, quite a steep walk upto the property it was ok for us but some may struggle."

It had a damp smell, and one bedroom got a lot of noise from the upstairs property at night.

Jolie vue sur la baie

Beaucoup de marche à gravir pour monter les valises. Il est possible de décharger/ charger les bagages en descendant la Church Lane mais vous risquez d’être mal accueilli par un ours mal léché de voisin. Dommage d’avoir été réveillé le matin à 6h30 par le locataire du dessus.

Beautiful views Good size 3 double bedrooms Good bathroom Generally very well equipped for a family

Bit cool, even with heat pump on. Felt like the house could do with more insulation as bedrooms were quite cold.

Very comfortable house with outstanding views. We loved the location in between Eastbourne and Petone, also the beach at the bottom of the stairs. I would stay here winter and summer. Everything we needed to make the stay comfortable was provided.

Not sure how it would be when the flat above is occupied, guests arrived upstairs on our last night and you could hear everything, luckily it was just for a short time and the other 2 nights were very quiet.

Views and being able to sit by the window on a sunny day

Too many steps to get to house. Not for anyone who was less able or older or unfit. I'm afraid I struggled with them. Nothing around without a car .you would not be doing them steps more than once a day
