Kallos Villas & Suites

The room was much smaller than the pictures. We had stain on our bedsheet but told it was a marker that wouldn’t wash off. There was a washer in the room which was nice. From the pictures, the room looked big but it was pretty small when we have two large suit cases. It is about 30 mins walk to Chora. Staff is pretty nice. The pool was cold for September.

The communication is difficult and arrivals could be handled somewhat better. We had to look for someone to check us in. The two women that run the villa are very nice, but they could use additional staff.

I cannot check in . I arrived on Sunday around 8pm and nobody was at the hotel , hotel closed , no recepción, no people I called nobody answered the phone I had to book another hotel I sent an email to the hotel and they said they’ll not return the money, I called hotel.com and the help me . Kallos always said they called me and that not true , why I want to go to kallos hotel paying the taxi for check in an leave to another hotel at 8 pm in a country that I don’t know ? .

We were a bit hesitant at first, as we arrived late and the entrance felt isolated from everything else. However, once we settled in and felt more secure, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is very intimate and secluded, which adds to its charm. You definitely need a car to get around freely. One unique feature is the abundance of fruit trees on the property. The breakfast provided was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good. If you had a car it was excellent; if you did not; then it was away from the the city centre

No Handouts about buses, supermarkets , places to eat and how to get to places plus phone numbers of honest taxi people

Fotini was AMAZING - so helpful and so responsive! We had an amazing trip. We were travelling with a baby, and upon realizing that our reserved room was too small for her cot, we were able to change to a *much* larger room for only a small adjustment in price. Fotini was able to share useful tips on where to eat (take her up on those - she was right on the money each time) and how to get around the island. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. Breakfasts were delicious! We will definitely return!

Overall, the stay was good. The breakfast was good. It was just really hard to get in contact with ANYONE. When we arrived, there were two other couples wandering around trying to figure out how to check in. Luckily, we caught someone who gave us the WhatsApp number for the check in staff. What if we didn't have internet access or WhatsApp? How would we have gotten into contact with anyone? That was the worst part of the experience though. Close enough to the bus station if you don't mind walking through a bit of dark farmland. The property itself was very nice and clean. I would just stay at an actual hotel closer to town next time.

Finding the location initially proved challenging due to an incorrect address on Expedia. However, once we arrived at the villas, we were pleasantly surprised by their beauty and tranquility. It’s an ideal retreat for families and couples looking to unwind. There’s ample parking available, and the staff is incredibly friendly, ready to accommodate any needs. Breakfast was included and quite enjoyable.
