L'emplacement de la maison est genial. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances près de la mer. Des bars et resto sympas accessibles à pieds et un supermarché à 5mn. Parfait pour rayonner dans la région

Le jardin et l'intérieur pourrait être plus soigné

Vacanza rovinata Soggiorno deludente sotto ogni aspetto. Abbiamo speso quasi 1800 euro per 10 notti in una struttura che si è rivelata totalmente inadeguata: il climatizzatore in sala/cucina non funzionava (appena arrivati persa mattinata con il tecnico) ed è stato riparato solo a metà soggiorno, costringendoci a stare per giorni al caldo torrido (+ 30 gradi) con un bambino di 1 anno e un cagnolino. L’unica stanza che raffreddava era la camera da letto. Alla TV mancavano completamente i canali italiani (pur indicati tra i servizi), un fuoco del piano cottura non funzionava, e la luce dello specchio del bagno era guasta (riparata 4 gironi prima dalla partenza), l’acqua calda del bidet non pervenuta. Bisognava inoltre stare attenti a chiudere le zanzariere in quanto il luogo è infestato da topi (a detta dell’host). È stata un’esperienza profondamente stressante per tutta la famiglia. Non vedevo l’ora di tornare a casa mia. Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura. Prenoto su Booking da oltre 15 anni e non mi era mai capitata una situazione così spiacevole. Capisco che sono cose che possono succedere ma un Host deve SEMPRE controllare prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti. Quantomeno i servizi basilari come climatizzatore e tv. Stiamo parlando di quasi 200 euro a notte, non di un ostello da 30 euro. La parte esterna completamente lasciata andare, bisogna stare attenti a fare le scale per i rami con le spine. Unica nota positiva: la posizione. Per il rimborso (parziale) mi sono dovuta affidare a dei consulenti legali ed ancora non so se mi arriverà. Andate altrove

We spent 5 wonderful days by Carlo! The cozy apartment is on the first floor, the beds are comfortable, we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Large fridge and freezer. Spacious bathroom. Everything was very clean. And everything is as shown in the photos on Booking. The apartment has a balcony (and a teracce) and a direct view of the beach! We loved having a coffee in the morning with the view of the sea and occasionally the waves. I would say for sea and water lovers it's a perfect location, we were on the beach 4-5 times a day from early to late. You only need to bring your towel...that's a great convenience! The apartment is in the shade because there are lots of pine trees in the area, so you can cool off inside when the sun is at its highest. There is also a shower in the garden. The garden with the pine trees is beautiful, a peaceful paradise! There is a direct path to the beach, through the garden, 30 meters. The beach itself is beautiful, almost white sand and clear blue water, and it was not crowded in June... And there are also several wonderful beaches nearby, you can walk from beach to beach practicaly. Nearby there are several cafes, beach bars and restaurants. The host Carlo lives on the first floor but was very discreet and very helpful for all our questions/tips. I would especially like to mention how helpful Carlo was, when my husband had the problem with the tooth, and Carlo managed to terminate him a dentist appointment for the next day. Thank you so much Carlo! The next time we visit Sardinia, we will gladly come here again!
