Casa Padron! Paraíso junto al mar

Чудово розташований будинок одразу біля океану. Є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Власний гараж просто знахідка. Рекомендую і 100% ми з родиною повернемося.

Parking was tricky but that could not be helped

Das Haus war groß und viele Möglichkeiten sich draußen auf zu halten.

Es sind eigene handwerkliche Fähigkeiten erforderlich. Der Vermieter reagiert auf Fragen nur sehr zeitverzögert und schreibt, wir müssen uns selbst kümmern. Es gab keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Die Türen und Fenster konnten nicht alle geschlossen werden. Es gab 2 Tage nur kaltes Wasser und wir wurden erst sehr spät dazu aufgefordert, es selber zu regeln (schwere Gasflasche aus der Garage hoch zu schleppen und selber anzuschließen- ohne Kenntnis der spanischen Sprache und somit Kenntnis der Sicherheitshebel). Es war sehr laut durch Baustellen (auch mitten in der Nacht und um 3h /4h morgens). Es gab sehr laute, unerklärliche Geräusche im Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft leider nicht weiter empfehlen für diesen Preis. Wenn die Woche nur 200€ gekostet hätte, hätte ich es verstanden. Aber 900 sind definitiv zu viel für die Eigenleisrungen, die man bringen muss.

It has a great location right on the beach and generally it has nice outdoor areas.

Unfortunately it was quite chill during the evening as there are no solution for heating and the nights were around 12-14 celsius and only a blanket was provided. On our last day the water pressure dropped and we were left with no water for a half-day including the night which was very unpleasent. Unfortunately we received no solution or information whatsoever about this. Generally water was an issue because once the heater kicked in the upstairs bathroom only had smoking hot water. Sadly this experience made our stay bitter sweet here. Also the key situation is not ideal since there are a lot of doors that cant be opened only by the one piece of key you get for it so if you are coming as a group it is harder to move around individually.

The appartment has also a garage in the basement which was very convenient. There is many excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood. Also very close whale watching spot. Furniture is kind of basic but it was ok for us.
