Location was great, very central for everything - express supermarket, dining options, takeaway, taxis etc. Lovely furnishings and had everything you needed such as cutlery, crockery etc. Great full size fridge freezer and great addition with the washing machine. Plain but nice bright decor. Great information booklet with phone numbers in case of emergencies. Nice touch with offering tea, coffee, milk sachets and an offer to take whatever you wish from the welcome basket (crisps and biscuits). Nice addition with the ear plugs also, as the bar across the road is very noisy (although I couldn't hear a thing when in the bedroom, so it was no issue to me but could be to others). Great comfy bed with nice bedding and quality quilt etc. Great size of rooms, plenty room for 2 people sharing. Wardrobe and drawers plentiful for storing stuff for 2 people

The bedroom and living room are super bright - could do with dimmer switches or a cheap lamp in each. I felt unable to relax until I turned all the lights off but would have enjoyed low lighting to relax me prior to bed. The "mirror" in the bathroom was like one of those you see in optical illusion places - not actually a mirror but silver reflective glass that distorts your body and face dependent on where you stood in front of it. Seemed pointless to me - either have a mirror or not. The book asks you to take your rubbish with you but there is nowhere to take it? No communal bins except from a normal street bin across the road. When travelling with a suitcase and laptop bag etc in taxis, I struggle to understand what to do with a black bag full of rubbish, so had to leave it inside. You have to be around 8 foot tall to manage getting your clothes on and off the wardrobe hangers - please consider lowering the rail, so that everyone can benefit from freshly hung clothes. And you would not be able to reach the additional wardrobe space (for jumpers jeans etc) without a ladder, so I feel they were poorly thought out, albeit a great space in terms of capacity. Can't book a taxi or most deliveries from inside the building - the address is not recognised, so you have to go outside before your location is picked up.
