Casa Botisa - Luxury Villa with private pool

Zelo prijetna lokacija. Enostaven dostop. Prispeli smo pozono, zato nas je mini bar prijetno presenitil. Gostitelji so zelo prjetni in so bili na razpolago za vsa naša vprašanja.

We were really satisfied with the house. It has very big bedrooms, a lot of amenities, large bright windows, and a completely private garden. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the host was amazing. Unfortunately, we only had one day to spend in Kumanovo, but I hope we can visit again in the future and stay longer.

The hospitality here is truly on another level. The host was very kind and welcoming, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The villa itself is extremely spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We especially enjoyed the large garden, which was perfect for relaxing. The bedroom was very big, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely visit again!

I loved the atmosphere of the house—it had such a beautiful, welcoming energy and was decorated with unique furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the bedroom overlooking green pine trees was simply stunning. The terrace is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The host also provided complimentary coffee and minibar items, which was a nice touch. The house includes private parking, a large pool, and air conditioning in every room. Overall, a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Botisa Luxury Villa in Kumanovo. The villa is extremely clean everything was spotless and very well maintained. The house is very well equipped and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can really see the attention to detail, and it makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is a bit outside the city, which makes it peaceful and private, but it’s still very easy to find and access. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Communication with the host was awesome — very friendly and welcoming. The house is enormous, with spacious hallways, huge king-size beds, and extremely comfortable, perfectly clean linens. The entire house smelled fresh and pleasant. Every room was equipped with air conditioning. There are two toilets, both very clean. One of the bathrooms is really large, with a bathtub and big mirrors. The house also has a washing machine and a dishwasher, which made our stay even more comfortable. What I loved the most was the large kitchen, perfectly equipped with new appliances and all necessary accessories. Everything was simply beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and spotless. Cleanliness 10/10, communication with the host 10/10. Private parking and a huge yard are a big plus. Highly recommended to everyone!

de villa zag er niet meer helemaal uit zoals op de foto’s. ondertussen staat er een groot gebouw naast het huis waar men heel veel lawaai maakt. Er is ook geen normale douche in het huis waar je onder kan staat. de gordijnen in de kamers laten alle licht door en de airco’s maken veel lawaai waardoor je niet kan slapen als je ze gebruikt. De villa heeft dringend een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Alsook de ligging is verre van gunstig
