INSPERIT Home at Galleria with heated pool spa

The location is very good.

They asked me for a $1,500 damage deposit, and they haven't returned it because they say there's multiple damages to the property, and I'm sure there's no damage because I didn't cause any. I'm waiting, and they're trying to steal my deposit.

Customer service was terrible. The terms of agreement changed sometime after I had already paid for the booking. I hesitate to use the word scam but this seems very scam likely... proceed with caution.

The only thing we liked was the location of the property.

This property is not as advertised AT ALL. Upon arrival the house smelled terrible, the furniture was not as it was depicted as it was in the photos, the bathrooms were filthy and smelled of urine which would explain the endless toxic air fresheners placed in every corner of the house. The backyard and pool are dirty and full of junk - not at all as advertised. Important to note that there are not 5 bedrooms. There are 3 standard bedrooms, an office that has been outfitted as a bedroom - but does not have an actual door that provides privacy, and the fifth "bedroom" is a bed placed in the entry way of the house! It has floor to ceiling curtains hung around it, but it does not have any walls or doors and is in the center of the main foot traffic area of the house. I would say that 50% of the photos are misleading at best and completely false representations of what the house actually is. Do not expect a nice backyard and pool. Do not expect the large sofa that is depicted in the phots of the living room - it isn't there. It's been replaced by crappy, tiny apartment furniture. I really could go on and on - the towel rack has been yanked out of the wall in one of the bathrooms there is black mold and a filthy bathmat, the carpet is stained as is the furniture with crusty stains on the upstairs sofa. We have stayed in over 50 rental properties all over the world but this was our first time renting through booking.com. Needless to say we won't ever use this site again. In the photos below you will see the actual backyard, the filthy pool, the crusty blue couch, the dirty bathtub, the stained carpet and furniture. I wish i had taken pictures of the living room set up but trust me the large sofa listed in the property photos isn't there. And the fifth "bedroom" is too bizarre for words. It's actually hilarious to walk into the house and the first thing you see is a bed in the area that should be formal dining room.

Not having assets to the jacuzzi

The size, location, cleanliness, extra towels and linens, extra toilet products, the pool and hot tub, extra locks on the doors, comfortable beds, extra refrigerators in bedrooms and hallway. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The dining room that was converted into a makeshift bedroom. It wasn’t very private, we felt as if the description wasn’t fully forthright as to how many bedrooms the home had. Also, the alarm was very noisy every time someone opened the door. So if you’re sleeping in the makeshift bedroom downstairs, it would disturb your sleep. The doorknob to the room on the second floor kept falling off because a screw was missing.

The house is beautiful and the pool was a plus. The house is close to so many restaurants and minute maid Park :)

The property provided the space and amenities needed to house my guest and myself. The staff members are very patient and informative. ISAAC was personable during my check in process and the process was smooth and precise to expectations.

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THE PROPERTY!! 10/10

property management company. you have to sign a 15 page contract signing your life away. there were so many rules.

The Beds was comfortable an the location was nice.

There was a lot of rules but nothing we couldn’t handle 🤣

Bathroom stocked with toilitteries, towels. Tea & otherwise kitchen was well stocked

AC System needed fixing, it was fixed within 15 minutes.
