Loved the remoteness, although only a 5 minute drive to Portpatrick. Welcome pack well worth £20, everything you need to start your holiday. Lovely welcome from farm owner. Accommodation basic but exceptionally clean and very welcoming.

Some of the single track roads but plenty of passing places.

Lovely two night stay. Wild weather but nice and cosy accommodation. Great view's from the raised decking area, imagine it's a suntrap in the summer . Kay and Ian were warm and welcoming host's. Lot's of extras such as beautiful fresh egg's , jam's and marmalade can be purchased on site. Would highly recommend. Look forward to returning in the summer.

Quiet, everything we needed and more

Nothing

The lodge was warm, clean and tidy in a quiet location. There are good views to the sea and across to Ireland on a clear day. The site is situated on a farm a short walk/drive to Portpatrick which is a lovely seaside village. We had a great time exploring what Dumfries and Galloway has to offer.

We liked everything about our stay.

Lovely lodge, had a great time with our dogs. The walk to the beach is a must.

Beautiful location, so quiet and cosy. Very spacious, everything you need. So clean and fresh.
