"Bad overall experience."

The room. The city view. The bed.

Customer service. Contacted the property owner on the day of reservation but the owner only replied to me after a few days. The first message sent to me was to remind of the rules as if they already assumed that I was going to a "bad" tenant. Also bombarded with "tasks" to do too if before they tell you how to get to check in. The parking card was terrible. I don't know if the card itself or the hotel's gate terminal that was just bad. Tapping the card on the scanner for a few minutes when other people were waiting behind us was just very unpleasant. Made it very difficult to enter and exit the building because it made us anxious to go in and out of the facility.
