GBWe got a Pyramid Corner King Suite with connecting door to Family members in a Corner Two Queen Suite. This was very handy and the beds were great. Very comfortable and clean. The rooms had good views, were spacious and had basic adequate seating. There was a fridge and a section to hang clothes if you needed. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of towels. The safe was a good size. John at Valet Parking was excellent. Spot on advice for using a Taxi getting to the sphere at night due to parking charges at the other hotels. He was a great character, really funny and to be honest he made our stay.
There was no Mini bar. There was no Coffee Machine There was no Bathrobe and slippers. There was no Tea/Coffee making ability which was one of the reasons we chose these Suites. We arrived late at night and there was no where to get a hot tea at 23;00 at night after a 11hr flight which was dissapointing. The lift/Elevator was an experience the first time. Very shaky and took ages to get to our floor. Once I got used to the fact that it was traveling at an angle, I understood why it shook so much but it was a little scary the first time.
USI like the size of the room , easy access, and secured elevators, so nobody but the guests can go up to the rooms
one of my rooms found roaches running all over , no directions on how to exit and reenter to the guests' parking without paying

Not as clean as could’ve been, found a cockroach in room, was on 29/30 floor. Expected cleaner environment for what I paid for

The elevator’s had issues. There needs to be a sign by the mobile check in that you should not use that option if you are checking into more than 1 room. House keeping also threw away a cup I wanted to keep from fat Tuesdays.
