The owner is very nice and kind. If you need anything you can ask her for help. The place is spaceous with two seperate bedrooms. It is very clean.

Spacious rooms and great location with easy access to a public parking lot. The host was wonderful. I had a serious fall at 10 o’clock at night and needed to get to the emergency room and he left a dinner with friends to drive us to the hospital. He’s response was so quick and much needed. I truly appreciated it.

Nothing to dislike, but they could use some hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen.

Very nice host, reachable all time. Big appartment, fantastic location, huge free parking, walkable distance to best UNESCO attractons, down town center and rail station.

Close to old town. Large apartment. Good WiFi.

No bedding other than empty doona cover. Blanket in cupboard, which I found myself. Not overly clean in places' especially the kitchen. Shower was difficult to use. No decent towels. Towels left on bed were hand towel size. Parking on the street is difficult. You need to be lucky to find free parking. Very noisy traffic in main bedroom.

The apartment is great! Plenty of space at each room, cozy and with everything you need to stay comfortable. Every space of the apartment has a heater. The kitchen has all necessary kitchenware and the wash machine was ready to use including detergent. Also the contact with the owner of the property was smooth and both of them were very kind and extremely helpful. We forgot something at the apartment and had to come back and the owner came immediately to open the door. thank you so much. We had a great stay and Ravenna is a beautiful city!

A modern spacious place right next to the downtown. It had all the required facilities and in any case the owners were always ready to help. Grazie!

There is no wi-fi and sometimes it was cold there (never understood what it depends on even though the heating was always on maximum).
