Very close to Fantasy island, literally not even a 1 minute walk. Very clean, spacious and lovely little balcony. Stephen, the host, was such a friendly guy. He rang us the day before to let us know what to expect and how to get into the property etc. Definitely would stay again.

"lovley weather but experiance with caravan dissapointing"

location was great for kids

we did not go in the caravan we booked it was a different caravan whitch did not have a pull out bed so my daughter and her partner had to sleep on a single mattress, the caravan we had given had no hoover in it, the tv was covered in dust , there was bingo tickets on the sofa, remote tv on floor , carpet was very very dirty, and i was surprised as the caravan was quite new, the van we stayed in was a8 salsa, it was upseting as i never was told we had a different van, iv never had any problems with booking .com, but i think i should have some refund back, and we cleaned the caravan soon as we walked in thanks
