I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione. La camera era spaziosa e pulita con vista mare in pieno centro. La struttura in generale è ordinata e decorata molto calorosamente. Parcheggio disponibile all’interno della struttura con costo di 10€ a giorno. Ombrelloni e lettini a disposizione dai proprietari se si vuole andare in spiaggia libera. Bella esperienza. Ovviamente noi torneremo se ci troviamo di nuovo a Ladispoli

Die Lage, direkt am Meer, ist wunderbar. Auch, dass man innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Zug in Rom ist, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The great location - just a step from the beach and from all facilities. Very helpful and attentive owners who are truly trying to do your stay nice. My sea view room was nice. A pleasant sweet Italy breakfast - pastries and coffee. There were also yogurts and a bit fruit. Gluten free and lactose free products were available as well. Free sun umbrellas, sun beds and sun chairs can be taken. The public beach where they can be used is 20 m from the door. The public beach is clean. There are also beach clubs around. You can enjoy black sand in Ladispoli (like on Tenerife), which is an unusual and interesting experience.

There could be more furniture for sitting in the room - a table with arm chairs. There are no balconies to fully enjoy your sea view in the hotel 😎. The water pressure in the shower might be stronger. There is a centralized air conditioning system that I personally don't like since you can't regulate it. But I managed to switch it off, so it wasn't a problem anymore. Be prepared thar your sea view may have the other side: disco parties in the beach clubs which last until about 2 am almost every night. I had no chance to sleep during my 3 nights stay in the hotel till they end. So, plan to participate in them or spend that time somewhere else 😂.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en elke morgen Italiaans ontbijt met zicht op zee. De bedden waren redelijk hard (minder goed voor mijn rug) maar toch heb ik er goed geslapen. Wel wat nachtlawaai door de clubs aan de strandweg.
